Sustainable City
Sustainable Intelligence Twin
As The Sustainable City transitions into a global blueprint, the challenge of operating, communicating, and managing net-zero environments requires more than just data - it requires Spatial Intelligence.
Tomorrowspace provides the functional nervous system to bridge the gap between design and reality through a single platform: The Sustainable Intelligence Lens. We deliver this through three high-value layers of intelligence:
1. Operational Intelligence & FM Orchestration.
2. Social Intelligence & Resident Transparency.
3. Commercial Intelligence & Global Validation.
Tomorrowspace transforms “Net Zero” from a design promise into a verified operational reality.

Palm Jebel Ali
Digital Twin
Palm Jebel Ali represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to innovate how we communicate complex, multi-sector developments.
With 13.4 square kilometers of development area, 110 kilometers of new coastline, and over 80 planned hotels alongside 35,000 families across 16 fronds, the scale and ambition of this project demands transparent, unified storytelling.
The digital twin for Palm Jebel Ali is not primarily a construction tool or operations platform - it is a transparent communication and value platform that serves Nakheel’s three core business sectors from day one, then evolves as the island grows.
In a period of heightened uncertainty, this digital twin is less about pushing product and more about innovating how we communicate: creating a live, shared view of the island that makes plans tangible, decisions transparent and long-term commitments easier to trust. allenges, and Tomorrowspace becomes the Museum’s spatial storytelling engine.
Museum Of The Future
The Mirror and the Lens
Spatial Twin
What if the Museum of the Future could show itself in real time - and then turn that same lens on the subjects it exhibits?
Level 1: The Mirror | A living Twin
A real-time spatial twin of the Museum building itself, installed as a permanent exhibit. Energy consumption, visitor movement, environmental conditions - all rendered as a living, navigable model that visitors can explore. Layered into it is a conversational AI guide - a spatial interface visitors can ask questions of in natural language.
Level 2: The Lens | A Rolling Programme
Each quarter, the twin technology is used and pointed at a different subject - a city, a sustainable community, a technology. The Museum becomes the place where the public sees spatial twins applied to real challenges, and Tomorrowspace becomes the Museum’s spatial storytelling engine.
