Project Development

01 / Context

Complex development projects evolve through multiple design iterations, stakeholders and decision points. Traditional drawings and static visualisations can make it difficult to understand proposals in their wider context or communicate how individual design decisions affect the project, surrounding environment and experience at different stages of development.

02 / System

The twin creates an interactive environment in which the evolving masterplan can be explored, reviewed and communicated spatially. Design options can be compared in context, information presented to different audiences and the same environment updated as the project develops, creating continuity rather than rebuilding communication material at each stage.
