Case Study
Dubai Airports - DXB

Design / Operations

The Challenge

Dubai Airports required an innovative and forward-facing way to communicate future design intent across a rapidly evolving development programme. With multiple initiatives progressing in parallel, the ambition was to give stakeholders a clearer, unified view of the bigger picture - strengthening alignment and enabling faster, more informed decisions.

The Solution

Working closely with Dubai Airports, Tomorrowspace built a single real-time interactive environment that brings all design information together in one place. Stakeholders can explore concepts, move through levels of detail, understand phasing and grasp spatial relationships instantly. Because the platform is continually refined in partnership with the DXB team, it now serves as both the core review tool and the source of all high-quality presentation content.

The Results

The platform has fundamentally changed how Dubai Airports communicates future development. Reviews are faster and more focused, leadership discussions are clearer, and the environment is used across internal sessions, partner briefings and showcases such as the Dubai Airshow.

Tomorrowspace continues to work alongside Dubai Airports to evolve the model where it adds real value - building a long-term, shared asset that strengthens communication, alignment and confident decision-making across the organisation.
